Getting To Know Me

From Strategy to Storytelling

I’ve always been curious about how things work and feel—and how they could work better. Great design transports you—physically, emotionally, or digitally.

My path to design wasn’t linear, but it was inevitable. After a career in finance—leading teams, resolving business pain points, and advocating for clients—I realized I wasn’t just crunching numbers. I was listening, designing, solving.

Design was the missing piece.

It gave a name to what I’d always done: observe, empathize, and improve.

What Drives Me

I design experiences that work.

My design instincts are a blend of strategist, empath, and creative problem-solver. I approach every project with curiosity, structure, and a readiness to challenge assumptions.

Here’s how that shows up:

I map before I move.
Every project starts with asking the right questions and understanding the terrain.

I dig deeper.
Research isn’t a checkbox—it’s the foundation of meaningful solutions.

I connect the dots.
Aligning user goals and business outcomes isn’t just possible—it’s essential.

I treat design like a lab.
Ideas evolve through sketching, testing, failing fast, and refining with purpose.

It’s not just about getting things done—it’s about making the experience feel like it was always meant to be that way.

Where Do I
Find Inspiration?

Beyond the Screen

Design doesn’t stop at the screen—and neither do I. My curiosity spills into every corner of life, where I find inspiration in rhythm, flavor, ink, and innovation.

Here’s where that energy goes:

🎵 Music & Audio – Systems are like songs: layered, intentional, and full of rhythm. I play bass to stay in tune with flow and feel.

🍕 Cooking – Recipes are just prototypes. I iterate on ingredients, plate like a designer, and believe seasoning is the ultimate micro-interaction.

🎨 Sketching – Pen and paper help me slow down and think through ideas. Even digital systems need analog beginnings.

🛠️ Emerging Tech – I explore tools like AI, AR, and spatial computing not just for novelty—but for what they unlock in human-centered design.

The throughline? I’m always exploring how experiences feel—and how to make them feel better.
